I am a Medical Device professional with 15+ years of experience in Medical Devices, much of my career spent in Oncology operations, sales, marketing and service. As a proven team leader and change agent, I have devised and implemented both "get well" and "growth" plans for large and small companies and have bought teams together to work for a common goal. This includes integration of diverse groups and reduce silo mindsets to produce more favorable cross-collaborative results. My interest in being a strong customer advocate has helped me remain focused on revenue growth and P&L, whilst growing revenue and market penetration. I have never forgotten that at the end of any product or service, there is a patient looking to be successfully treated.

My industry knowledge is both deep (from a biological and physics perspective) and broad (large network of customers and peers). Having lived on 3 continents (America, Europe and the Middle East) and visited some 30+ countries in my professional career, I am proud of both an international and local perspective I bring to each new project. I understand many diverse cultures and speak a smattering of several languages. My core values include: technically grounded, loyal and an advocate for change.
